History continues to repeat itself as some retailers carelessly post Windows 7 Family Pack, and Anytime Upgrade prices. Amazon made the same mistakes with Windows Vista before pricing was announcd by Microsoft. Of course, this also means that we will be seeing family packs despite the tweet I had sent out relaying Adrian’s doubts.
Ed Bott discovered some prices floating around the web, including Expercom’s listings, which placed the Windows 7 Family Pack/Home Premium Upgrade for $136.95.

Another reseller, University IT Computer Sales, had the same item priced at $144.95. The listing has been taken off but the Google cached copy still remains. Bott also uncovered some Windows Anytime Upgrade packages from Expercom:
Although both are small retailers, what makes it convincing that these packages do exist is the fact that UPC codes have been assigned to products. But until Microsoft makes an official announcements, the prices shown here could vary and are not final.
